is any Punisment,for who break the rules?

I think a warning should be enough. Warn those who break the rules via PM or else. If he/she still breaking the rules, the administrator can put him/her at a topic (the administrator should make one topic to put the name of rule-breakers) for another warning. And if he/she still doesn't change, just throw he/she out of this forum (banned, I mean), case closed~

And I have some suggestions.. What if there's a just-for-Administrator-and-Moderators Forum? So we can discuss about rule-breakers or any forum problem and all.. I think I've seen something like that in other forum, but I've never know what do they discuss in there because it locked and only moderators and administrator know the password..

And what about one forum for each Suikoden? So if we want to ask something about Suikoden I, for example, we just have to post it in Suikoden I forum, and it will not be mixed with other Suikoden.. Also, I think it would be better if the Administrator put one or two moderators to manage a forum, like, (this is just for example) Evelyn and Kiky (may I call you like that? ) manage "SuikoDen Gamers Forum Rules", then Natsumi (please just call me Natsumi, if you don't mind) and Evelyn manage "Introduce Yourself Here", then Kiky and Natsumi also manage "108 SoD" forum, etc.

I think it will more easy to find a rule-breaker in a forum.. But it's just my suggestion. Gapapa kok kalo ga dipakai~ *capek pakai Inggris mulu*
